WWGD - What would Google Do?

WWGD

Jeff Jarvis has fervishly studied how Google has gone from a gleam in the eye of two college kids to the most powerful brand in the world in less than 15 years. If you want to learn how to compete in a business world where the rules have changed more than any of us could have anticipated, this book is a good start. Sit back, grab a glass of Google Juice, and get ready to dominate.

Note: this book seemed to be more about how Google has changed the economy than about what they would do. The back portion of the book has some musings by Jarvis about how certain industries should react to this (Advertising, Retail, Utilities, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Banking, etc), and if you fall into one of those industries, it will certainly make for an interesting read. This summary covers only the first portion of the book.
